Haizea

In Haizea, the resource mapper is designed to be pluggable (currently only one mapper, the "greedy" mapper, is included with Haizea). This feature is already implemented, but not documented. However, to provide effective documentation on this feature, some of the internal scheduling data structures (specially the SlotTable and the AvailabilityWindow) have to be documented better.
